Will my subscription automatically renew?
Yes, your subscription will automatically renew at the beginning of each new billing cycle. The applicable subscription fee will be automatically charged to your payment method on file. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings, and your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied after cancellation.
What are Credits?
Our services are measured in the unit of credits. Credit is the unit for usage consumption when you perform any Happy Horse tasks using our platform.
What do I do if I need more credits?
Once all credits are spent in your account, you can either upgrade your subscription plan to get more monthly credits. You can also buy add-on credit packs anytime for a one-time purchase.
Do unused subscription credits roll over to the next month?
No, unused subscription credits do not carry over to the next month. Credits are allocated monthly based on your subscription start date and will expire at the end of each monthly cycle. We recommend using your credits within the current month to maximize their value.
Can I upgrade/downgrade/cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. You can also change your monthly subscription to an annual subscription by going to the Manage subscription page in the user center and following the instructions.
Will credits be deducted if a task fails?
No, when creating a task, we will pre-deduct credits. If the task fails, the pre-deducted credits will be automatically refunded to your account. We will not actually deduct your credits for any failed tasks.
What is your refund policy?
You can request a refund for subscription credits within 3 days of your first purchase as long as you meet the eligibility criteria. Add-on credits are not refundable but won't expire. For full details, please check our Refund Policy.

Add-on credits are extra credits you purchase beyond your subscription plan. They do not expire and remain usable even after your subscription ends. They are not refundable.
